TOURS: Please review our Tours page before making a request. Tour openings, when offered, are NOT guaranteed, and will not be held or confirmed unless and until we receive an affirmative reply to the offer. We are presently booked through Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Availability after that varies. UNCERTAIN TIMES AHEAD: We (Sally & Howard) are anticipating multiple medical appointments in the coming months, that are not currently scheduled. This means we cannot confirm tour dates with the same degree of certainty we've maintained to date. The affected timeframe, currently, is from @ 2/15/26 through 6/15/26. We will consider each request as it arrives and provide the best information we can, so please feel free to contact us for a current update.

It began as a dream to live on an island...
It became a reality with a three-acre farm!

We have a solar-powered, certified kitchen!
We spent over 10 years preparing the land, planting the cacao seedlings, and cultivating the trees. We are now harvesting the pods and perfecting our chocolate recipe. With completion of our commercial kitchen we've moved our processing from our home to the farm in Moloaa, Kauai.
